Fit4Baby Full 6 Week Session $130 • Unlimited visits for 6 weeks • FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.


In person classes will be held Tuesday and Thursdays 6pm-7pm in Riverside CA.

Next sessions starts week of April 15th 2024

Each week we will get together to let our littles do all the infant things. We will incorporate crafts and keep sakes at some of the events along with tummy time toys and mats for the littles to stretch it out with their new friends. Please make sure to come to enjoy other mamas who are in the same stages as you are we will all listen to one another, give best practices and most importantly just understand where you are at.
